We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States. Available shipping methods and any address restrictions are shown at checkout. International shipping is not currently offered.
We print items after you order. Production time is separate from shipping time and can vary by garment, fulfillment partner, stock availability, and demand. Check the estimate for your selected item and shipping option before ordering. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
A faster shipping option, if available, does not necessarily make production faster. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering. We cannot promise event-day delivery.
Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders of $75 or more (after discounts). For smaller orders, and for any faster shipping option, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Applicable taxes are also shown during checkout.
We will email shipping details when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan. Items may be produced or shipped separately, so one order can arrive in more than one package. Check the shipping emails for the items and tracking details in each shipment.
Please check your address, including apartment or unit number, before ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. An address change may no longer be possible once processing or shipping has advanced.
If an incorrect address you supplied or an unclaimed delivery causes a parcel to be returned, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply, subject to applicable law. We will explain the options and any cost before charging you. If the error was ours or our fulfillment partner’s, we will help put it right.
If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the revised timing, if known, and explain your option to wait or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped items.
If the expected delivery date has passed, contact us with your order number. If tracking says delivered, check around the delivery location and with your household, then contact us so we can investigate. Please do not wait weeks to report a missing shipment.
