These terms apply to purchases from WrongTrails and use of WrongTrails.com. Our jokes are optional. Accurate order details are helpful.
Use the store lawfully, provide accurate information, and do not interfere with its operation or misuse someone else’s account or payment method. You must be legally able to make a purchase or have permission from someone who is.
Our apparel is printed to order. Read the selected garment’s description, size information, color, and print placement before buying. Product images help show the design and garment, but screens, printing, and garment dyeing can produce small color differences. This does not excuse a defective item or an item that materially differs from its description.
Sizes, colors, and garments are subject to availability. We will contact you if an ordered item cannot be supplied. We will not substitute a different garment style or design without your agreement. If we cannot supply the order, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Review the item price, shipping charge, and any applicable tax before paying. Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. A standard one-time apparel purchase is not a recurring subscription.
Keep your order confirmation and check it for mistakes. Contact us promptly if anything is incorrect. If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting an order, we will explain it and seek your agreement before proceeding at a different price; if the order cannot proceed, we will refund the affected payment.
Our Shipping & returns information explains production and shipping, changes, defects, discretionary return restrictions, and refunds. Production may begin promptly, so a cancellation or address change is not guaranteed. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
Buying a shirt gives you the physical item, not permission to reproduce its artwork for sale. Website content and designs remain the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing here prevents uses permitted by law.
Shopify hosts this store, and payment and fulfillment providers help process purchases. Read our Privacy policy for information about personal data. Third-party sites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy practices.
If something goes wrong, contact us with the relevant order details so we can investigate. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not remove rights attached to an order already placed. Keep a copy of the terms and policies that apply when you order.
